How can I change my password?

Step by Step Guide

If you already know your password and have logged into your account, but want to change it:

1. Go to the top right corner of your platform page to "My Profile"
2. Click on "Account Settings"
3. Make sure you have access to the email registered as the link to change your password will be sent here
4. Click "Reset Password" 
5. Go to your email, click the link to change your password
6. Reset Password
7. Login to your account using email and new password

If you DO NOT know your password or have forgotten it follow these steps:

1. On the login page, click "Forgot Password?"
2. In the pop-up box, enter the email you would like the reset instructions to be sent
3. When you receive the reset instructions, make sure to follow them carefully
4. Use email and new password to login to your profile

If for some reason you still can not change your password or access your account, please reach out to our support team. You can request a temporary password or specify the password you would like to use.
