These are the steps that will guide you to complete the matching process in the best possible way
Step 1: Go to Matching to start the process
Step 2: Complete your profile
- Make sure all fields marked are filled out and that your answers are as detailed as possible. It's your introduction!
Step 3: Explore projects
- In the "Explore projects" section, you can find all projects and entrepreneurs. Use any of the filters if you want to conduct a more specific search.
Step 4: Click on "View" to access all relevant information about the entrepreneur and the project
Step 5: Click on "Invite" to send an invitation to the mentor
Step 6: Indicate availability
- After clicking on "Invite," you must indicate why you would like to collaborate with that entrepreneur and write your availability for the next 4 days, specifying your time zone, and click on “Send Invitation.”
Step 7: Invitation Limit
- Now that you've learned how to send invitations, remember to follow the same process to send the rest of the invitations. Keep in mind that you have a maximum number of invitations you can send, so take your time.
Step 8: Communication
- You can find the entrepreneur's email address on their profile, allowing you to communicate when necessary.
Step 9: Confirm if the meeting has taken place
- After sending the invitations, you can go to the "Potential Matches" section and mark if you have met or not with the entrepreneur.
Step 10: Click on "Meeting Information" to see the entrepreneur's response
- Remember that you can use the platform that works best for both of you. You can use tools like Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Step 11: Make your Ranking
- Once you have met with all the entrepreneurs, you can rank them in order of preference. Indicate if you would like to mentor more than one entrepreneur and why you made that decision, as well as the criteria that led you to make that ranking.
Step 12: Sign your mentoring agreement
- After the entrepreneur has accepted, you will need to sign the mentoring agreement and mark the three corresponding checkboxes. Once you have read the agreement, click on "Sign" and begin your journey as a mentor.
