Communication during your mentorship

Learn how to communicate with your teammate throughout the different stages of the mentorship program at Bridge for Billions.

Bridge for Billions does not have a direct messaging feature or a general video conferencing tool integrated into the platform. To communicate with your mentor or entrepreneur, you can use the video call link during Matching, the module comments, or agree on an external communication channel using the contact information available in the Workspace.

Steps to Communicate During the Program

  1. Connect During the Matching Stage: Once the mentor sends an invitation and the entrepreneur accepts it, both users will have access to each other’s contact information and a video call link within the platform to hold their initial meeting.
  2. Share Comments During the Incubation Stage: Go to the different module steps in the platform, look for the chat bubble icons, and add or review comments related to specific exercises or content.
  3. Find Your Teammate’s Contact Information: During Incubation, go to the Workspace and select Teammates to access your mentor’s or entrepreneur’s contact information.
  4. Agree on an External Communication Channel: Use the contact information available to coordinate the communication method that works best for both of you, such as WhatsApp, email, or phone calls.

If a mentor or entrepreneur does not respond through any of the agreed communication channels, contact the Program Manager in charge of your program so they can assist.
