How can I change my email address?

If you still have access to your account, you can update your email address directly from the platform by following these steps:

Step 1: Access your account settings

Once you have logged in, click on your profile dropdown menu located in the top-right corner of the screen and select "Settings".

Step 2: Go to the "Email and Password" section

Within Settings, select the "Email & Password" tab. There you will find the "Update Email Address" option.

Step 3: Enter your new email address

When you click "Update email", a window will open where you will need to:

• Enter the new email address you would like to use.
• Confirm your identity by entering your current password.

Step 4: Verify your new email address

Once the request has been submitted, the platform will display a 4-character PIN code. You will also receive an email at the new address containing a verification link.

To complete the change, open the verification link and enter the PIN code displayed on the platform. This process allows us to confirm that the new email address is valid and helps keep your account secure.

Once the verification process is complete, your email address will be successfully updated.
