Discover step by step the matching process with mentors within the Bridge for Billions Platform
Once accepted into the Bridge for Billions program, the next crucial step is finding your perfect match. This process will connect you with a mentor who can transform your project. Here’s how to do it.Step 1: Go to Matching
To get started, go to the platform and click on "Go to matching."
Step 2: Complete your Venture Summary
Make sure your project summary is complete. If you need to add more information, click on "Edit Venture Summary"
Tip: This summary is what mentors will see to decide whether to send you an invitation. The more attractive and complete it is, the higher your chances of receiving invitations.
Step 3: Check Received Invitations
Stay alert for notifications that will appear on the bell in the upper right corner to check the mentors’ invitations.
Step 4: Explore Your Potential Matches
In the Potential Matches tab, you can view and evaluate the mentors' invitations. Click accept or reject according to your interest in the invitation to meet.
Note: Rejecting an invitation does not mean you can receive a new one in its place; you will only be able to receive the set limit of invitations.
Step 5: Coordinate a Meeting with Your Mentor
After sending your response, you will receive a confirmation email with a message from the entrepreneur, confirming the time and day to meet. The conversation can continue directly by email. Remember, you can use the platform that works best for both parties; tools like Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc., can be used.
Step 6: Rate the Mentors and Send Your Ranking
After concluding meetings with all potential mentors, it's time to let us know your preference. Indicate that you have met and rank them in the order of your preference to work with. Finally, send your final ranking before the deadline.
